Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements in inches. Measure a well-fitting shirt of your own flat and compare. Between sizes? Choose the larger one, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick.

You can exchange for a different size or article within 7 days of delivery. The outfit must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Sale items are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours and we will replace it free. Read the full policy.

Yes. Everything at NAAZPOSH is ready to wear, stitched in standard sizes XS to XL. The fabric and every piece included (shirt, dupatta, trouser) are listed on each product page.

We photograph every outfit carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will send you extra photos or a video.

Dry clean embellished and luxury pieces. Hand wash lawn, cambric and cotton separately in cold water, and iron on the reverse at low heat. Never iron directly on embroidery.

Your tracking number is sent by SMS, email or WhatsApp once your parcel is booked. You can also message us with your order number and we will track it for you.
