Exchange & Returns Policy

7-day size exchange

You can exchange an outfit for a different size or another article within 7 days of delivery.

• The outfit must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
• Please share your order number and the reason for exchange on WhatsApp or email.
• If the new article costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is given as store credit.
• The customer covers the courier charge for size exchanges.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it free of charge, including delivery.

Not eligible for exchange

• Sale and discounted items
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Items without original tags

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds except where an item is out of stock or a damaged item cannot be replaced, in which case the amount is refunded by bank transfer within 7 working days.
